I hope your pain has subsided Dale. :)

Good morning Katmar. :) Have you heard from Tor lately? Last I saw him was in Frannie's DIY thread. His dog was sick, he was getting her medical attention. Then he went silent. I paged him in the DIY thread, haven't heard back yet. Hope he is doing ok.

No, I was just talking about that the other day. I hope he's okay, too. Funny he just stopped posting about Covid. He was full of info on what is going on in Norway and surrounding countries. How long ago did you see him? I sure hope his dog is okay. He was posting every day, then just stopped. Each day was more info about Covid. I paged him in Covid thread a while back and nothing, either.

Oh, wow....not boding well for his dog, as he said, a big part of his family. Will keep good thoughts for him and the dog. Tor is such a sweet, knowledgeable and nice guy. I miss him posting.

Good afternoon to all. :) Since my bad knee had felt pretty decent yesterday (except for stairs), I took a chance and went to Yankee Candle. I had forgotten that we’re not much more than an hour away. The last time I was there only two detached buildings were there. A huge one filled with candles and a very big barn decorated for Christmas. There are now at least 6 buildings and at some point in time they were attached to each other. Nice because you can take just one shopping cart to see the whole place. My knee did well today.

Our azaleas were a few weeks ahead of yours, they're done now and it's time to trim the plants.

I guess this thread is as good as any for me to share a freak black-eyed Susan growing in my yard.
It's growing on the same plant with normal blossoms. I've never seen anything like this before.

Even the stem for this bizzaro flower is bizarre, flattened like a ribbon cable. Compare to the normal stem and blossom below it.
