Veal is done. To be sauced and parm'd on Sunday.

    Next: Start 48-hour sauce!!!

Running a bit behind. My fave SVU episode was on and I just HAD TO
stop and watch it. Because this, and all... you know... :

    bcampbell.jpg

The episode ends with "We, the jury, find the defendant ..." and cut
    to credits.

They did an online poll of the verdict. 60% found that man ^ "not guilty".

    :) :) :) Yay my online peeps!!! :) :) :)

20% guilty. 20% mistrial... by "hung" :D jury. That could not happen
because that's NOT how the foreman would word the verdict.

The only thing he's guilty of is NOT living here. (Oh... and maybe NOT
keeping his neck neatly trimmed. But that could be fixed easily.)

    @daleron

Well, the jury foreman COULD have said, "We,the jury, find the defendant.......hung" Just sayin', maybe they saw the evidence...:D

Earlier in the episode, he did need to strip completely
for the Medical Examiner to take pictures. So I'm
sure there WAS evidence as you so eloquently point out.
    (No "Google Image"... )

Yeah, so....you're serving veal. Got it.

Do you want the history/method of veal or...?????????
I know all about the baby calves, Atty.

It's once per year. And will stop when Dad either: can't do Christmas
dinner or passes on. He likes it and I will not preach to an 87-year-
    old man.

$24.99 per pound is penance enough. Not to mention traipsing all
over town trying to find "2016 Gold".

    What a MESS !!!!!!!!!
    It'll be there until:

    1. The snow melts and I can use the leaf blower on it.
    2. Spring, and then blast it away with the power-washer pre-staining.

(The railings, spindles AND deck floor will all be due this year.)

I gave one to my Dad and he says there is only ONE squirrel
gnawing away at the block. His will last a lot longer, apparently.

Sauce and raw meats all a-simmerin' . Meats exuding their fatty
flavourings as required. Sunday will be "yum".

EEEEKS!!! The shrimp!!! :: rush!!! to freezer!!! ::

Frigidaire wants me to renew the extended warranty on the
washer and dryer (circa 2011). It's $75 (+/-) per year per
appliance (for 2 years... $65 per year per appliance for
3 years). Hmmm. Service call alone is >$75. Figure in
parts and labour. Hmmm. What is the educated decision?

    @AttyPops
