cropped up a few times. (Local news, just to be clear.)
During each of those segments, the phrase ...

...was heard.

I get home from errand with mom, and I have an appointment for a CT scan this afternoon. Well, in the mail are two envelopes...from health plan.
I open the first one, it's a DENIAL of the CT scan (need prior chest x-ray first or something). I'm about ready to panic because I only have a few minutes before I have to leave and have it done. Well, the 2nd letter was an approval (dated after the 1st one). So I guess I either didn't get the mail yesterday or they both came on the same day.
These basteds are going to give me a heart-attack before I ever get to deal with any other heath issues!!!
And I suppose they want me to get EXTRA radiation
Anyway, I'm trying to be cool about it. Hope they don't take my blood-pressure. But anyway, it's all working out in the end I guess. The doctor must have given them what-for. Good.
Grrrr. Oh well.
