And "Lollipop" will put that cat down in seconds. I have recently ceased auto
monthly donations to them AND resigned from their "Legacy Society". That place
has always been NOT a no-kill shelter, but their latest ASILOMAR rates have been
completely unacceptable to me. They now do NOTHING in attempting to TRY to
rehab/treat. It's either

The mom and pop grassroots rescue groups scrape by and do one hell of a lot better.

OK!!! I managed to squeeze out the address of where that cat is located. I will
do a drive-by later this evening and scope it out. It's NOT a location where one
wants to sit in a car and just look around... if you catch my drift.
But if I do see it and I am able to grab it, that cat will then become my responsibility.
