Oh, Gracie, I am so sorry to hear this. Sending good and loving thoughts to you and hubby. There are some medications that are known to help get his rate up, but don't know if he is a candidate for that? Hoping the LifeVest does the trick. Don't EVER apologize for your posts. We love you and care very deeply. PLEASE keep us posted on ANY news. I'm sure you are both scared and that's normal. Only time will ease that. There will be so many people praying and keeping good thoughts and love for you both. (((((HUGS)))))

He was fitted and now is wearing his LifeVest, and what a relief...
Per the cardiologist, he can drive, play golf(chip and putt, mostly), and try bowling, but that's it......no other activities at this point.

Finished my Pepper's Famous Hot Pepper sauce. it was tough even doing it outside. A few whiffs of this stuff and you start coughing. but much better than doing it in the house. Here's a picture of the sautéing process, and the finished product. It looks devilish. I won't know how it turns out for 2 weeks, as it needs to sit. but i'm sure it will be good. I'll transfer it to an old hot pepper sauce bottle after fermenting.

don't forget walking! exercise and cutting waaaaay back on salt are the most recommended home remedies to improve output!

Yep, Atty, now they monitor and wait, specifically, for the supposed virus to run its course.....2-3 months.......1 month has already passed since the time frame from Charlotte. Once the virus is gone, prayerfully, the rate should increase and once the percentage reaches 35%, then the critical time is gone.

Hubby doesn't use salt and we have no table salt in the house...I do use Himalayan Pink salt for water when I cook, though.
Golfing will provide him with about 2-3 miles of walking.....but now that he can't do long drives, that distance may be shortened. You can't keep this man down though....he will find a way to keep moving!

But am actually now running 3 offices with 2 more on the way. (got told about the new 2 today)

Caught the mice (without harm to them, but that's another story about Marsha that is hysterical and I may get to tell it one day).

I've told my stories about mice many times, so please feel free to share yours. I used to catch mine in humane traps and drive them (usually in the middle of the night) to our wildlife preserve. Haven't had any mice in the house lately--knock on wood. It's not something I enjoy doing.
