self-adjust to current conditions.

If you get up to 19, watch how their forecast also changes to 19. The weather
people are all lowlife scum who cannot be trusted. The pigs. Bovine swine. Hogs.

You need to save YESTERDAY'S forecast and do the comparison TODAY. The goat
nads.
