Main (GOOD) computer went down last night due to an installing problem, and M had to restart in Safe mode. She worked ALL night to get back in and can't. Using old computer. The new one will no longer take our password. I remember Bear going through something like this a few years back. She just went to bed and will call microsoft when she gets up. I feel so bad for her. She tried EVERYTHING and she's pretty computer savvy....
