I had some skin grafting surgery and the area of the surgery needs good blood circulation - That is one of the biggest reasons I quit smoking cigs.
I really enjoy e-cigs but I want to know what you guys think is better for BLOOD CIRCULATION only.. (I'm not talking about cancer, or gum disease, etc .. only asking about blood circulation in specific).

Lets say I vape 1-2 ml a day of 12mg ejuice or take 8 portions a day of 8mg (general silver) snus?

Which habit would be considered "better" for healthy blood flow / circulation?

Btw I am 27 years old, very healthy, just worried about the surgery grafts that need the proper flow for good healing.

Would love an answer from TropicalBob (snus guru)!

According to this chart pasted below I would be getting LESS nicotine from SNUS than from vaping my 12mg liquid:

Code:
[B] Product || Nic Present || Nic Actually Absorbed || Nic Absorption Rate (and Feel) || MAOI (bio)available[/B]
1.0 Average Cigarette ~ 7 to 13 mg ~ 0.7 to 1.3 mg Big spike, then a quickish letdown yes
1.0 Mini Snus ~ 4 mg ~ 0.4 to 0.8 mg Gentle rise; mostly slow, easy, steady yes
1.0 "Portion" (Regular) Snus ~ 8 to 9 mg ~ 0.8 to 1.8 mg Gentle rise; mostly slow, easy, steady yes
1.0 Stark Snus ~ 11 to 13 mg ~ 1.1 to 2.6 mg Gentle rise; mostly slow, easy, steady yes
1.0 Extra Stark Snus ~ 15 to 17 mg ~ 1.5 to 3.4 mg Gentle rise; mostly slow, easy, steady yes
0.5 ml of Vaporized 11 mg Liquid ~ 5.5 mg ~ 1.1 to 2.2 mg Somewhere in between cig and snus no
0.5 ml of Vaporized 18 mg Liquid ~ 9.0 mg ~ 1.8 to 3.6 mg Somewhere in between cig and snus no

Oh, sorry, I didn't scroll down... I don't know where they get the numbers. There have been very few rigorous studies measuring actual nicotine absorption from vaping, but rates were much lower, anything from 0 to 10%. IMO, vaping delivers less nic, but doesn't deliver any of the MAOIs either. There is also dissolvable tobacco, like Ariva and Stonewalls.

If you want to be completely nic free, look into CigRX. This is a new product. I'm using it and it's helping me with cravings.

Good luck with your surgery.
