So, lots of Noise.... but for others?

I have heard from Solace Salts - official position. They use NO vitamin E acetate.

I have heard from Vape juice Depot - official position. They sell NOTHING containing vitamin E acetate.

Now - any other Vendors that wish to kick in? Else I would encourage you to verify that your E Juice does NOT contain any vitamin E acetate, by reading the detailed list of ingredients on the back label :). Good luck with that :).

In the mean time? I have two solid vendors that have disavowed the use of vitamin E acetate. Care to post others?

Okay setting aside for a moment (hopefully forever) your rather confused fears that a nicotine vendor is going to sell you Vitamin E, why on EARTH would writing to them reassure you in the slightest? I mean, if they are DOING it (they aren't they aren't they aren't) they aren't going to send you a nice letter saying, "Yup we are ADULTERATING your eliquid with Vitamin E because we want you to DIE, rather than be a loyal customer.

I hope you do some investigation of your knee jerk reaction and use your LOGIC skills because GUESS what? Any of your DIY suppliers could be polluting things with Vitamin E using your logic so why are you even bothering? (They aren't though they aren't they aren't.)

And a less kind person might even ask: why are you even bothering at LIFE, but I won't do that. I am going to very kindly repeat what has already been said.

Vitamin E was in black market THC vapes as an ADULTARANT, which is a substance an unscrupulous person adds to cut their supply of MJ and rather unfortunately, what they chose was not healthy for vapers and a lot of them died.

If you JUST stay off the black market (nicotine OR THC) you will most likely be fine. Perhaps not the sharpest tool n the shed, bur you will continue to keep breathing.

There's no reason for Ejuice vendors to use vitamin E acetate it would be more expensive than propylene glycol or vegetable glycerin. Just a brief online search turns up that 2 oz of vitamin E acetate goes for $6.99. From the same vendor for $4.13 you can get 16 oz of vegetable glycerin. If we're assuming that they're using it as a thickening agent there's simply no profitable reason to use vitamin E acetate there's no benefit in ejuice. Flavoring for e-juice are water soluble I don't know that much about the production of THC juice or whatever it's called but I do know enough about Ejuice to say there's just no benefit to adding a known toxic substance to eJuice when it's so much cheaper and just as if not more readily available to use vegetable glycerin. And even before the issues and vitamin E acetate were public in a very very dramatic way there still is no benefit to adding vitamin E acetate when a higher VG ratio will thicken the juice just fine.

It's been 5 or 6 years since I bought vendor juice. After years of doing DIY juice I finally started mixing plain old PG, VG, and nic in 100ml bottles and adding a little flavor only when I decide that I want flavor. I have a large Harbor Freight parts box with compartments full of DIY flavor bottles that I use here and there as add mixes.
