Hey guys, I was in your store earlier today (1/14/11) and I was excited to hit up a brick and mortar store, and see what you guys offered. Since you are the closest store to my location in Texas, I was thinking it would be faster to have my supplies shipped from you..
I was with my sister and my mom. My mom is 60 something, pretty straight laced, never drank, smoked, tried drugs. Ever. But, she is thrilled that I've quit smoking, and was interested to see what these PVs are..
The whole way to your store, I was explaining to her how hard the people at CASAA are fighting to make this a legitimate, accepted business across the country..
I was so embarrassed and disappointed to have your salesman point out your 'MJ' flavor to my mom, and ask my mom specifically if she knew what it was. He then went on to recommend "smoking" that, then trying the pizza flavor when you got the munchies..
In my opinion, that was completely unprofessional and inexcusable. I will not be using your store again. If I hadn't been caught so off guard, I would not have spent the money there that I did.
I sincerely hope that in the future, you .can use better judgement with your customers. .

My mom didn't say a word after we left, but she didn't need to. Here I am, talking about it being legitimate, and this idiot says something like that to her. She wasn't even buying anything!! And he knew that! Ugh!!!
