SO glad...

I'm SO glad I discovered the joy of Reo and dumped my "High End" stuff. Has anyone noticed the bottom has completely dissolved from the high end market? Six months ago a Chi You and Steam Turbine pair would have sold for $800 in a flash. Now that pair will bring maybe $350-400 IF you're a patient seller.

When I discovered the error of my ways, all of my top tier stuff was sold. I think I basically broke even in terms of what I paid for the stuff/what I sold it for: RRP. Two weeks later, and with the market the way it is, I don't think I could break even.

Now I have the foundations of a little Reo collection and enough spare parts to get me through zombie armageddon. And I have NO desire to play the "try to get on a list/F5" games which are intrinsic to unicorn chasing.

The Reo is simply more convenient, more readily available, completely trouble free, and most importantly, a better vape than the other high end options.

But I do need to expand my collection. At least I know what website to go to

Yeah, just ordered my 2nd grand last night. I could never justify the prices these high end tube mods get. So I get the same vdrop on my $12 chentinal as opposed to the $200+ lightsaber, so i get the same vape, but this one is more shiny. Really? Plus the whole non-res wire to res-wire these new tanks are using, really? It's like going to the moon to take a wee. Why? so, you can use your overpriced tube steak as a dripper with a tank, when the tank alone cost's more than the reo. Gotta be some phallic thing.

Oh come on now pudding you know you're only saying that because it's true. And OP this is a high end mod. It's just we have a responsible Mod Maker who isn't out to skin his mod owners as much as he cares that they have the best possible vape.

I agree, but I'm on the other end. My grand is my first high end mod.

I've been vaping for about three months, then most expensive mod I had was a magneto. I liked it well enough. Then I got some birthday money and decided I wanted something better. I went with a REO and couldn't be happier. I saved so much future money because all I need to do is save up for another grand, and maybe a vv.

Verily, I be in vapelove with mine REO!

I only used parenthesis the first time I typed "high end" to indicate irony the first time I typed it (because...lazy), but should have persisted throughout the narrative. What you say is absolutely true...High End should have nothing to do with price and everything to do with performance.

BTW-Finally got around to editing my avatar to indicate vaping preference .

I got what you meant entropy, when I hear high end mod, I think over priced tube steak, it's probably a Pavlovian thing from my early days before I knew about Reos.

I absolutely love it! I enjoy seeing all the talented folks we have here in REOland.

Jump back I have mad MS Paint skillz lol. It was a Diablo hybrid until 30 minutes ago. The Diablo was the only tube mod I kept after The Purge. It really is a great mod. Gets no respect from "High End" collectors lol, which in addition to superior performance is one of the reasons I like it so much...the archatypical underdog.

That avatar is now even greater! I am with Jwat on this one, most expensive thing I bought was a Vamo. Even so, if I add the money I spent on Janty clearos, Spinners, protanks and the like - I could have bought another Reo! But most of us probably have to go through such a learning process. Thanks heavens, otherwise there won't be enough Reos to go around! Must add I was in the cart to buy a Kayfun when I heard of and started researching the Reo.
