I'm just really curious. The FDA is trying to ban both the hardware and juice and are currently intercepting packages at all ports. Other types of contraband shipments have gotten less attention historically. If they succeed, there will be no more suppliers, and possibly no more ECF. A lot of people will be too afraid to talk about something that is illegal to hang out on a chat board. So why are more people not stepping up to fight for their right to vape?

There are 7,589 active members on this forum. As of this moment;

Only 1263 people have filled out the CASAA/Vaper's Coalition/National Vaper's Club Survey which will be used to educate individuals, including our legislators, about e-cigarettes and the people that use them.

Only 168 people have signed the Vaper's Coalition Petition that will be sent to the American Lung Association, American Heart Association, American Cancer Society and others, including possibly the media, to change their current policy against e-cigarettes. These are the same entities that are joining with the FDA in the njoy/SE lawsuit. If the appeals court is swayed by these people, the party is over.

That means at least 6,326 of you are sitting back and doing nothing about it. These documents have no impact with just a few hundred names on them!

Now, I completely understand that some people are on these forums from other countries, but, have you thought about what happens if the FDA wins? What are the chances that your government will follow suit?

As to the rest of you however, what's the deal? Why will you not give the people fighting for us the ammunition they need to do the job? Is 15 minutes of your time really worth more than your health? Are you afraid to get involved? Think someone else will take care of it for you? Or, do you just not care?

The survey thread can be found here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...mportant-surveys-casaa-university-geneva.html

The petition thread is here:

EDIT: Please Be Aware!! A few ISPs seem to be filtering out the petition confirmation BEFORE it ever reaches your account. Please use a free, web based email client such as Yahoo, GMail, Inbox.com Hotmail, etc. to receive your confirmation email so your signature will show!

Stand up people! Show the FDA, legislators, courts and non-profit prohibitionists that we will not go back to tobacco cigarettes without a fight! And, if you have done your part, thank you, from someone who does not want to go back to smoking.

You all may think that you have no voice but you do! I will give you an example of what can be done. I dont know how many of you are familiar with Kratom but it is a plant which many have used to get off opiates, (I am one). Massachussetts was thinking of banning it along with Salvia. I and a few of another forums mambers swamped the representatives of that state with phone calls and letters. It was taken off the bill.
I truly believe that if we all act now to educate our leaders in all the states they will not ban the Ecig. Contact your state Reps and tell them what having the ecig has done for you.

I can't believe people don't care. Really the only thing I need is nicotine as I can make everything else but I'm still signing petitions and sending e-mails all the time for people who it does matter to. You need to sign these petitions now because it may be to late and then what? Are you just quitting if they get banned? Come on folks get with the program.
