I'm afraid we already have to start encouraging a fund reduction to the petionees.
The ALA of NY is URGING New York to ban ALL electronic cigarettes, for example.

The web petition wil not close until September, and evidence I have seen indicates that the ALA has not ceased and deseased their attempts to ban, in fact they have scheduled many fundraisers and are pushing for a total ban in New York at the moment!
