With Nic River? is there a reason I shouldn't buy from them? I'm getting nicotine, few bottles, n mostly flavors. Also any active discount codes? I'm useing the flavors one but I must only have 1 flavor it's working on only saved me 37 cents. I'm waiting as I have plenty of supplies so no rush I'm investigating all my options. I have carts full at ecigexpress, bull city, and now nicriver. So far nic river is cheapest with more stuff. I'm still curious if any other discounts are out there. I applied any coupons on both other sites but I'm still ahead at nic river right now. Thanks in advanced I'm still learning who my diy main supply company will be trying to not jump to fast.

It's going to be ups, but it's ups at every other online store I've checkled so far. I think because my 100mg nicotine. Nic river though only charges in 8.95 ups it's 14 bucks at ecigexpress. I don't remember at bull city. It's why nicriver is winning in saving cash right now. LoL
I would do smaller orders with different vendors ,different brand flavorings, etc to get your feet wet so to speak ...And review the many threads here on ECF pertaining to DIY. It can be a daunting task deciding on flavors, vendors, recipes etc......So I would go slowly and try a few simple recipies first .... much success my friend

60mg, 100mg, and 250mg Liquid Nicotine blends are considered UN1196, Class 6.1, Packaging Group lll material (60mg - 100mg) and are exclusively shipped UPS GROUND under the limited quantities 173.13 exception (PG II 1L; PG III 5 L). As an example, you can have 50 items in your cart that are Non - Hazmat and as soon as one item gets added to the cart that is tagged as Hazmat or Hazmat-Ground the only available shipping option will be UPS GROUND.

I had a conversation with Wizard Labs when I placed my last order...that luckily a friend was going to be picking up for me from them. If he hadn't picked it up...shipping showed $14.95 via UPS. I called to ask why, and a Tech. from WL told me it was because my order included a flavoring in 4oz. size that couldn't be sent by air. Said their system didn't yet recognize that I'm only 45 miles form them, and it definitely could go ground with the USPS. Said to just call them anytime I'm getting an order that won't be picked up...and they'll change it to USPS.
So, stuff is having to go by UPS that can't go by air, if you're not close enough to pick up an order or located in FL, so it can go by USPS by truck. He did say, too, that if someone split their order into things that CAN go by air, and a different order for those things that can't...S/H would be cheaper.

My last nic order from MyFreedomSmokes was 2 liters of 100mg/ml nic, plus some bottles, syringes, and several flavors, ordered at the end of July 2016. I just checked and it was shipped USPS Ground. I guess since I'm only a state away it went USPS Ground down I-75. Shipping and handling was $6.63.
Have the shipping rules changed since then? I do know that there were new restrictions placed on air shipping sometime last year. I just don't remember exactly when that happened.

Nicotine River is great. The best place to buy pg and vg imo.

Could try WL. When nic enters the equation, suppliers can differ in costs. Good post.
I like ordering from whoever is the closest with what I need at the best price. Flavorings are more likely to be out of stock for some reason. I'll spend an hour checking to see who has all of what i want to keep shipping down. Sometimes, it's hard to find one vendor who has it all.
