Lester, maybe squirt of WD40? Once I couldn't get a bolt off when wrenching my dirtbike, WD40 did the trick.

I'm a little hesitant to use wd40, but right now this g-tank is working so good I can forgive the fact that it only works on one cap out of 3 precise pluses that I currently own. The good part is that the the precise plus caps are compatible with each other so its not really a down fall.
