As for the fight, don't sweat the small stuff. Do what it takes to make the fight go away, even if it means having a couple of analogs. Seriously, whatever it takes. Next time just try going for the 20 minute walk and vape while you are on it. The brief separation may be all you need to calm down.

There is nothing worse than having two circling opponents in a home waiting for a chance to jump the other..
