First of all you should register on the Reosmods site. This can be done at any time before the sale. That way you will have your log in ready.
You will need a PayPal account. Go to: https://www.paypal.com/ and set up a account if you do not have one. Make sure the same billing address is listed at both your PayPal and the Reosmods site. That should be your shipping address also. If for some reason you want to ship to a different address, or have questions you should PM Rob member name: redeyedancer Rob will explain what you need to do.
If you live out of the USA you should PM Rob before the sale and let him know. Rob will let you know what needs to be done for your purchase.
Explore the Reosmods site. Having a idea of the layout, and how to view your choice of REO quickly, will help when you are ready to make your purchase.
The night of the sale is here. Now what?
Just be on the website before 6:30 to sign in.
Usually between 6:30 and 6:45 Rob will take the site offline to load the products. Don't be afraid, you will see the sign in with your name and password. Above that it will say site is down for stock updating.
Keep trying to log on by refreshing the page.
As soon as Rob is done usually at 7 or a little after, you will be able to log on and see the home page of the site.
Go to the REO of your choice, click on the buy now to put it in the basket.
The site may run really slow, it may take a few seconds to see that the REO is in your basket. Do not press the buy button more than once unless you want two of that color REO!
Go directly to checkout.
If you get to the second or third step and it says the REO you chose is not available, then go back and choose another and try to checkout again.
It can be frustrating, if your first choice disappears from your basket. But that is what happens sometimes.

Rob goes above and beyond to make sure his customers can make their purchase.

Your new REO will be shipped with priority mail. Rob requires that you sign for the package. You will receive a tracking number so you will know when to be home for delivery.
