Looking for a little portable solar panel/battery USB charger for my 220 Mah 808D mini batts. (Got a PCC, just figure backups for my backups backups).

I see quite a few of these solar USB chargers around seem to output 5.5V instead of the USB standard 5V.

Is this okay, or would it wreck the batteries?

Cheers!

yes they work while i do not know about the one you are talking about in particular i used this one to charge my twists on the boat or our fishing.

Amazon.com: Instapark 10 Watt Solar Panel Portable Solar Charger with Dual USB Ports for iPhone, iPad & all other USB Compatible Devices: MP3 Players & Accessories

i already had it to charge my phone and camera so i tried it and worked fine (even a review from me on it lol)

dont know what the .5 v will do to the charger head, but the charger regulates the power to the battery
