Some distributors SUCK! (Groove recall)

So I went to mad vapes in Mooresville, NC yesterday to return my Groove, and was told they weren't giving refunds on the plastic (black) model; only the metal model. What a load of ....! Beyond ....... No, the black Groove may not short out, but smok placed a recall on ALL models. I spoke with my buddy Randy, at vape Solution, in Newton, NC and he told me that he was replacing ALL models. Why are some distributors not accepting the black ones? They're still getting credit for them. I just don't get it. Any thoughts?

Title of thread says it all. I get bad treatment from a company I quit useing them. But my job has me driving everyday through a lot of North GA so I have a lot of stores to choose from. Plus I use fasttech a lot.

I can assure you that I'll never buy from Mad Vapes, ever again. They use to be the closest store to me, until Vape Solution opened. The people at Vape Solution are just genuinely caring people. They don't have an online store, but if anyone is ever passing through Newton, NC, be sure to drop by their shop. They are just amazing people who always go above and beyond. I just hope business is good for them because I would like for them to stay around for as long as possible.

Service in-store at the Charlotte MadVapes has been hit and miss for me, with the exact same people. First trip in service was mediocre to bad, second time in service was great (with the exact same person helping me). I've had consistently fantastic service from Carolina Ecigs, which is why I usually drive the extra five-ten minutes to go to their store in Huntersville.

As for them not replacing the black plastic ones... that is just bulls**t in my opinion. If a vendor is doing a recall, YOU FOLLOW THE RECALL.
