Dan, one small thing. Would vapor/condensate build up in the passageways and start to gurgle? Maybe fewer larger channels so it drains back down easily and doesn't clog or cling especially in corners.

With the bottle version, how clean is the bottle when you take it out to refill?

Yeah, that was a concept picture, I will probably only do 2-4 larger passageways. Very clean, a little condisation but nothing a quick rinse cant take care of.

I thought that was spam...
:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

hey Dan it still going good.....?

Still going good! The DSU is still perfoming fantastcally. Still has the seepage problem but it is diminished somewhat, I want to try the new mod. Have come up with an alternate solution for the tube, if I drill in from the side to the central tube, and the plug the end by the ploy tubing and creat a hole straight down to the horizantal hole I could use a nylon tube that is epoxyed in place creating the U channel for the juice. The I could stick the SS wick down in the nylon tube and connect the coil.

What do ya think?

if thats the one you had earlier I am green w tool envy...I just gotta get a lathe....or one of your toys...

on second thought I want the lathe so I can make my own toys...

and I thought spam was made from soylent green/people...I think you can avoid the epoxy by threading the hole and using an o ring and a metal tube and connect the nylon to that...

True, but the nylon insert would be 3/16" with a 1/8" hole, so I could thread the insert, here is a cross section shot for a better visual...

This would make it easier to produce...
Still looking for the best (Easiest option) LOL

That's almost exactly what I was suggesting :)

Let me know how that works out. Without a lathe, I was going to build it up completely out of acrylic tube in various diameters. It might actually look pretty cool like that, but definitely not as tough as a stainless body. I'm must to cheap to buy a lathe/mill that could easily do stainless work.

To fill the tank, you will not need to use a syringe. You will need to twist steel casing and unscrew the tank. To fill the tank, pour liquid from our bottles to the tank.
I made a stainless steel tank that not acting the liquid and was resistant to external factors.

The only drawback is that we have to twist him to check how many liquidu left.
