Some questions...

Hello all! I will start with my main question, before I do something stupid. The "cotton" in a cart...what is it? I ask because I recently ran into problems with my carts apparently not lasting as long before drying out, and I've been toying with ideas to make them larger or change the packing. To that end, I stuffed one with the stripped filter from a "roll-your-own" tube, and it seemed to hold about 5 more drops than the normal packing. I used it for two drags, but I'd like to know if I'll wind up burning some bad chemicals into the mix from the filter material.

Another question is the metal mesh in the vaporizer. Is that stainless, and where could a guy get tiny mesh like that?
