Cali makes it incredibly tough for any new business.~~damn it..I like Sonoma wine tours..crossing them off my destinations list~~
isn't cali making it tough for ejuice makers I'd read in some article where a lot were leaving Cali for Arizona or something like that?
The funny thing is my friend started vaping and her boyfriend is livid at her. He keeps saying that she is going to get cancer from vaping, and yet he was fine with her smoking illegal stuff (and he smokes it also on a daily basis).
To get around this the sellers should marshal their customers and do this...Maybe to get round it sellers could sell bottles of concentrated flavour to add to unflavoured liquid.
And if they don't, part of me says they'll deserve it.Time to lace up your best OHHELLNO boots rally the troops and fight this with everything you have.
does anyone else find it strange that states that are trying to legalize recreational ........ use are trying to ban vaping. guess they feel its better for children to smoke {Other Stuff} then to vape. guess drugs really do fry your brain
How many people have died from intake of this stuff? The funny thing is my friend started vaping and her boyfriend is livid at her. He keeps saying that she is going to get cancer from vaping, and yet he was fine with her smoking illegal stuff (and he smokes it also on a daily basis).
It's absurd that they claim that they are 'protecting the children'. While I believe some of the labelling I've seen on is a bit un-needed with all these cartoony characters and icons, but hey that's the vendors choice. Instead of regulating e-juice, how about you simply shops from selling it to minors?! I'm pretty sure e-liquid isn't available to minors, so how about we crack down on shops selling contraband to minors because if they can buy eliquid underage, what stops them from buying actually dangerous substances that can be abused like alcohol or tobacco?
Selling ejuice to a minor is illegal.
Enforce this law and we don't have a problem, or a need for more useless legislation and laws
You should call the Chamber Of Commerce and tell them that.~~damn it..I like Sonoma wine tours..crossing them off my destinations list~~
And mexico?only in America.
there seems to be no common sense in the usa from the powers that be
it would seem to me that vape marches are in order
the shame and guilt dumped on smokers for the past twenty or thirty years has done a number on the psych and smokers and I suspect vapers have acquiesced to the point of going out in the cold, hiding their smoking from their kids , tolerating rude remarks and throat clearing from non smokers and being ostracized from various groups and knowing they were being mercilessly taxed to death. That, and a healthy dose of civil disobedience. If enough people simply say "no" to stupid laws, through voice and/or action, eventually those making the stupid laws will lose their position. That's the very definition of a 'free country'.
Then again, there are many among us who choose to be ruled rather than governed, and they oftentimes have the bigger megaphone.

I suspect a little organization is called for in Sonoma - maybe vapers choosing to buy goods and services from those who support vapers maybe I need to get an action plan together for my little neck of the woods when the sh.. hits the fan hereThat, and a healthy dose of civil disobedience.
