Well, unless you want to wait for Sony to set up their production line and start shipping...someone mentioned March? I'd recommend getting something to vape on in the meanwhile =)
Is Efest Purple the next best to Sony?

The efest 2500mah 18650 "35A" is a LG HE2. Not as high continuous as the sony but I own 4 and find them long lasting. LG are probably cheaper, rewraps tend to be a little more than the originals. Is Efest Purple the next best to Sony?
Generally LG HE2s though they can be any crap. At least with the HE2s or Samsung R25s you get batteries that are superior to the Sonys but often they will be complete crap.I'm curious, What batteries are VTC5s Counterfeit, are they rewrapped ultrafire, trustfire etc. or just purely imitation?
How can you even tell which is the best for a Mod... I looked at the illumn site and it makes me dizzy with all the numbers
Wrapped LGs. 20 amp continuous, 35 pulse. But not ridiculously priced. I have a pair in my hexohm v2 and they work pretty good. 0.3 ohms at somewhere around 4.5 volts and last all day long (14 hours, 7 mls) and voltage reads at 3.6 when I pop them on the charger at night. Xtars are vtc4s rebranded and pretty solid too. What about the mxjo line? High max drain

Battery capacity, drain test, max output for safety on sub builds

I was wondering what happened to Sony VTC's. A lot of shops in Florida (well, a lot of shops around where I live that actually sold verifiably authentic ones, anyways) have stopped carrying them. I was told that Sony stopped shipping them out because they didn't like what the batteries were being used for. But I guess that was wrong?
Good to read they may be coming back, though.
Best 18350 I've found is the AW 18350 from RTD Vapor It's 800mAh and 12 amps continuous (which is the highest I've seen)...
Are those new? The only ones I knew from them were their older 6A batteries.
AW are rewraps since AW buys cells from other companies. However they test every cell extensively to ensure that it will perform to their listed specs and do not use any that fall short. So I actually trust them unlike the other rewrap companies which often flat out lie about the specs.
