Note: We will still have to truncate orders as we reach our capacity to fill orders, this means we will take our payment system down from time to time. However, we will stretch that limit as far as we can to ensure as much support for Team Hannah as we can. Remember our payment system comes back online each morning at 8am CST.

I am so sick of seeing that crappy ... message....

First time it has been down this week. We just had an influx of large orders and so we took it down early (since Saturdays we need have the orders to the PO by noon.) Since you won't hear about it until it's down, the site has been up 24/7 for a few weeks now barring this 4 hour take down and one other 10 days ago.

Placing my first order with AVEjuice, and got the "Sorry, but there is no active payment system." message, kind of read up on this and it sounds like a waiting game, is this still the case? if so what is the best way to work around it? also are there any first timer coupons that they offer? :D

Over the past three weeks, I haven't had any issues with ordering. I know there have been times it's gone down but it isn't like I ever had to wait more than a day to place an order.

Glad to know, it is cool that you guys do that though thinking about it. I would much rather have a company monitor and stop taking orders when they know their limit has been reached rather than having their shipping and processing backed up and cause delays of 6-7 days to ship orders. Thank you for the response!

+1 for patience! It's sad how so many people feel they're so important that they have to bash vendors who put systems like this in place in order to serve customers better and faster!
