I agree Frick. I made one similar when I first came here to talk about Bloog. The trouble is that was the beginning of February and here it is March, over a month later, and the situation has not gotten better it has gotten much worse.

I know they have shortages of stock and that complicates things. I know that their fulfillment process is shaky at best. But damn, if you can't keep your items in stock or fulfill orders quickly then your customer service needs to be spot on out of this world.

I am a little upset myself right now. I placed an order on Thursday afternoon and received confirmation of the order on Friday. I have not yet received confirmation of shipping. And that is for items that still show as in stock. This is after the recent post explaining that non-express shipments will ship in two business days.

Gardner, I think you can trust them to ship the stuff...I just don't know when.

I was going to order cartos (just so I don't run out of 555 and RY4, since I can't find another juice I like as well as those two), but I've decided to hold off because of these issues. As a for instance (and again, I have nothing against Bloog or anyone who is a partner, works there, has an interest in, etc.), NYC was on ECF today at 3:55pm, but hasn't posted anything since 4:44pm yesterday. If she was on today, I'm sure she's seen the concerned posts. I think we can all agree that she's the voice of Bloog (along with Leaford) on ECF and this sub-forum. To not address the concerns at all is a bit worrying. Leaford hasn't been on ECF in six days.

I'm still rooting for them though. I hope in a couple weeks everything will be back to normal and I can recommend Bloog again.

Well, I got a phone call today letting me know that my order was delayed because they were out of the Red Cartos I ordered but were willing to ship me 11mg instead of 24mg. I had to opt for Kamel instead as these cartos were intended for my brother who is going off 2 packs a day.

I did get a shipment confirmation shortly thereafter but it will more than likely be picked up tomorrow. So my order is moving forwards just delayed due to backorders.
