May be this is common knowledge in the forum but it's news to me and a big relief to learn. May be we have friends in high places after all. Now, if we could just have a photo of President Obama puffing on the presidential mod.

I've never heard of that blog that portrays itself as a news service. Couldn't find any address or other contact info for that blog anywhere on the website.

Other than the sentence claiming Boehner uses e-cigs, everything in that article simply repeated what various news stories have stated (including the false claim that e-cigs contain ten times more carcinogens than cigarettes).

Not so sure about the rushing to defend part though. First I've heard of anyone in congress "rushing" to do anything except high-tail it out of Washingtion when there's a legislative break.

The letter to request a change in grandfather date is not new. The comment about Boehner being an ecig user is rare but was posted earlier in 2014 by Politico where a reporter saw him and Duncan Hunter (R.Ca) both using ecigarettes outside the capitol.
