Not being able to get snus over here I asked my mother, when she went to the US to visit family, to bring me back some tins. I can tell you, that stuff works. I wish the EU would allow its sale.

Swedish retailers will quite happily sell and ship to individual customers in the EU. See here.

Yup. I always have a tin of my beloved General Mini Mint in my purse. :)

For the bigger mouthed among us, the General Mint meets the task. I usually open 4 or 5 different cans and carry 3 or 4 portions from each can with me. One can is always mint and usually my last portion of the day is mint. I dread the day that my supply runs out. I'm on a search for a sale, hopefully in the near future.

Getting off cigarettes was simple for me once I found snus. E cigs cut out over 80% of my smoking habit, but snus sealed the deal. 4 to 5 portions a day and I'm good to go. I'm still waiting for General to show up in the convenience stores in PA. I've been told that it should be any day. Whether the Americanized versions will replace the Swedish brands, I'm not sure. However, I'm anxious to try.
