Going to have a rummage around and see! I'm so enjoying having the bigger bottle, that I forget to change batteries.....

Ha. That's been happening to me, too. I'm already used to the lighter squonk, but I'm going to have to re-think when I change out my batteries. I used to change out at about the half-bottle mark, but that is changing.

ALERT. I've been using these for about three days now, and have them in 4 of my REOs. They've been great for ease of squonk and for extra volume, BUT......two of them have sprung a leak. In examining them I've found that each one had a tiny leak right in the corner. One was in a bottom corner, and one was in a top corner. These are both in the medium (9 ml) sized bottles. So far so food on the little 6ml bottles, but I'll admit I haven't squonked them as much, so we'll see on those.

I think it's just that the plastic is very thin on these. With constant pressure on the same spot, they just don't hold up. I've changed my 18650 Woodvil back to my old bottle. Maybe the small size will be okay. To me, that's the most important anyway. I really want that 6 ml of juice in my Minis and my 18490s. I can live with 6 mil in the Grand.

The only thing that worries me with these Japanese sauce bottles everyone is using now is they are only listed as polyethylene, it doesn't say which type it is. Also I see no mention on if it is BPA free, or if it will leach the other chemicals like Estrogenic Activity(EA).

Obviously everything ecig related is "use at your own risk" right now. I like the idea of a bigger bottle, but I don't like uncertainty of the materials used (I am less concerned about the type of polyethylene used and more concerned on if it is BPA and other harmfull chemical free)

I looked through all the Ebay links posted and I couldn't find anything, if it was there and I missed it then I apologize.

I still haven't decided about mine. The one in og mini leaks from under the cap. But the bottle is a bit squashed in there, and that may be why. The problem with the ones I have is that there is a little round protuberance under the cap that presumably seals the bottle when it's closed. To get the tube in you have to cut into this just a little, and this probably breaks the seal. This only may be in the ones I have, though.

I think all (even Robs) bottle will leak without syring, so i used the syring of the old bottle of Rob and told:

I made it simple with a manicure scissors. A hole little smaller than the tube, so that it can go in with a little force. Then i used the normal original syring. i have no leaking problems. no problems at all.

I would not drill a hole in the size of the tube .... this must leak.

I drilled a hole smaller than the tube. But I've already taken this bottle out of one mini. For some reason that one is very hard to screw the cap to the bottle, and even with an O ring it was constantly leaking. The leak wasn't from the tubing to the cap - maybe there was a small hole in the bottle.

I love the idea, but I would prefer better caps and bottles for a permanent change! I still have the square bottle in the OG mini, so I'll try that a little longer.

So I got mine and I've been sticking them in different mods (the 9ml's)...now I know why they don't make square bottles...they kink right in the lower corners when you squonk...not real bad but enough where after a couple hundred squonks I could see fatigue eventually pin holing then an ultimate fail happening...and that's all 4 bottles all doing the same thing, I don't think thicker would be better, may even expedite the failure...ah well, back to the drawing board...

I haven't tried the 6ml's yet, they may be different.

That's why two of my 9ml failed. So far the 6ml have held up better. We shall see.....
