Outfitted the whole family!
2- OG minis, a original woody mini, 18490 woody all packing 6mls now! Big Kahuna sporting a 9ml!
All been great so far. No leaking. It took me a couple of attempts though. If you don't drill the hole absolutley perfect you will get leaks. I tried the first one and it had a tiny little airhole and that's all it took to get a leak. The next try I started by punching little hole with safety pin in center of cap, then used the drill bit as the prepunch kept the bit in place and made a nice clean, centered hole. That did the trick!
Gotta get used to squonking though, it's like power steering just gotta squeeze a little. The 9ml bottle in the woody squonks MUCH easier than the original. Hope the thiness og the plastic will last!

Whoa...where'd you get the white capped one on the left from? I have the little red bottles, but none are that tall!!

What he said. :)
Little tougher to drill out as it has a molded insert inside cap and rounded top not flat like the others. Was a little trickier to drill ( at least for me) than the others. Fits perfectly and nice soft squonk action.

I may try that soon as I figure out how to drill the red ones:). Thank you!

As I mentioned, ..... a starter hole dead center first with large safety pin, that keeps the drill bit from "travelling".Then drill straight down with 11/64 drill bit. I just held the bottle with the cap on it with one hand and drilled with other. Did hi speed so the plastic was a nice clean edge. Filed of any rough edge with round file. cut tube at angel and slide/screw thru then pullinto place.

I had a harder time with Vmod cap. It's harder, thicker, rounded top, and molded insert, I tried from top but too rounded to get a clean start for the drill bit so held cap with pliers and drilled from inside thru the insert and reemed out. It came out fine but felt like I was butchering the thing, just got lucky I guess! :)

Oh. That's round tho, not square? But definitely bigger. I went to look at the Vmod, never heard of it before... and dang, it's a lot like the Dibi isn't it, except for the top? o_O

yeah it's round but 9ml, the difference is mostly in the cap, the reo bottle is shorter and then uses a tall cone head cap, this one is taller and then uses a smaller flat cap, both are about the same overall length just that the reo bottle gives up a third of it's capacity because of the very tall cap. far as the mods yeah very similar, almost exactly the same size too, the vmod is ever so slightly thinner ut it is also a little taller because of the "chamber" that the vmod has under the atty, that's why it's got that funky top shape too instead of flat. also, trust me, in case you're thinking of getting a vmod, don't

Thanks Turbo and Rudy:).

No, I wasn't thinking of getting a Vmod... just wondering why I never saw that before. I watched a video of how it works, and the atomizer on it is just plain weird, with all the goofy O-rings. A bottom feeder coil is enough work for me! :p

I just meant the design was similar... the Vmod is a lovely mod design wise, even if it's functionality isn't there:).

I drilled out one of my Vapage bottle caps and tried it in my grand and it started leaking from the threads. For some reason the cap will not screw on flush with the bottle. It just screws on crooked. I will try to trim the non threaded part off the bottle and see if that makes any difference.

The inside indentation is the culprit. Mine's crooked too but it's tight and doesn't leak, just got lucky I guess! I'm on the fence on whether to try and smooth out that insert with a dremel so it will thread better or to just leave it alone.
