I was playing with some adapters to use my iAtty on the GGTS with collector cup and airflow control ring, so far I thin I found a new combo:

The adapters:

From left to right: 901battery -> 808-D Attomizer, 901 -> 510, 510 -> 510 (shortie), 510 -> 510, 901 -> 510, GGTS 510 -> 901 re-threader.

1.- 510 -> 510, 510 -> 510 (shortie):

4.- GGTS 510 -> 901 rethreader, 901 -> 510: (to use it without the Collector Tank Draw Cap, thanks Chaos :) ).
Note: your iAtty bottom cap may get scratched.

ChaosAffect note:

It gives a nice, streamlined appearance, lets you use air control, and keeps the length to a minimum.

5.- GGTS 510 -> 901 rethreader, 901 -> 808, 901 -> 510 (the 901 -> 510 adapter screwed very well on the 808):

The 901 -> 808 adapter
(That I'm not entirely sure it is a 901 -> 808 adapter, it came with my Galileo and it suppose to be, if someone has one of this adapters, could please verify this?)

In my own experience the only way to be able to use the airflow control is using a very small O-Ring to cover the iAtty airflow holes, so the only airflow will be through the GGTS airflow control feature.

Yes, it is a 901-808 adapter. Some devices' native 901 connectors don't have the allowances for air flow that an 808 carto needs (due to the fact that a 901 atty doesn't require air flow at the connector), hence the need for an adapter on some gear even though the thread dimensions are exactly the same. The slots on the 808 side allow for air flow at the atty connector

Excellent pictorial BTW ;-)

Np, bro. This is definitely going to be the one that gives the best general appearance and functionality with the Odysseus... at least until Imeo ships the GGTS-specific connector! Did you scratch your Iatty bottom with it? I've personally never had that problem with any of my tanks, but I didn't try it when I (Briefly) owned an Iatty.

Yep, that's what it is. I've found the best fitting adapter(s) extend approx. .5mm above the end cap. It produces just enough clearance so the brass doesn't get scratched.

:) No, I didn't scratch it, but had the feeling it could happen, I thought the edge of the collector tank could do it. I haven't used it without the collector tank cap (I like how it looks with it) but I'll try it. :)

Nice job, Ariel! Should we add the pics to the wiki?
I'm connecting iatty with rethreater and 910>510 adapter without top cap since the first day, no scratches here Chaos.

I think we should, it could be useful to others and as reference :)

I will try without the collector tank cap, how much should tighten it?

Ariel,
If you have or can get the UFS tall connector, it fits in the GGTS collector tank. Remove the bottom screw from the 510 brass cap, remove both rubbers from the brass cap, it will fit perfectly in the collector tank, over the UFS connector. It will screw up to the iAtty or Odysseus and be air tight. Or it can be screwed in to allow for more air. The pin is flat inside making it nearly spot on for making this connection.

I tryied it without the collector tank cap, indeed it works very well, but to my personal taste it looks better with the brass accent that gives the collector tank cap (rethreader, 901-808, 901-510 mode) , it only increases the lenght in 4mm and let me use also the airflow control. Just my personal preference :)
