I'm considering the groove a check it out don't care if I loose it mod. What's funny is that I payed about the same for the mvp but I'd be hurt if I lost my MVP lol.

I've never had anything with an oled screen. It's basically a box zmax or whatever right? Hell I don't know lol. I've only owned American and Finnish.

Now I'll have a cheap back up. The provari and EA can stay home where they belong.

Why choose?

I got my mvp for over a week now and I love it.

I noticed the groove is like 46.99 on discount vapers which is the cheapest price I've seen on it. So i picked one up today and I'll compare.

I await your review... I thought about the Groove as my next purchase, but I really really really wanted a Tesla (should be here by 11AM Friday)... complaints about the button placement be damned, I think it's a cool looking mod that seems to be pretty solid... nobody's complaining about it breaking after one drop like they are with the eVic... they're whining because they can't see the screen if they press the buttons with their thumb... SMH...

I have an iTaste MVP and I love it. Not only does it function well and for a full day + , you can use it to recharge your cell phone, iPad, and other USB devices. It's construction is solid - I've dropped it on concrete several times with no issues. It fits surprisingly well into pant pockets. I looked at the groove at my local b&m and though the mAhs are great, the construction left me unimpressed.

Just picked up the Groove, it's better than the UTube review mentioned, the fit & finish is excellent. The screen is straight, all buttons work fine, the plastic feel solid, no scratches, picked it up at Discount Vapors, very good price, shipped in 3 days. I do think they should add an EGO fitting, but I already have an adapter so it wasn't a deal killer. It's working great with the CE3s and T3s. I would like a metal one, but maybe not, if I had to sacrifice weight, the lighter the better for me.

1 day does not a review make, I'll post more after some extensive use.

That's great to hear. That's where I ordered mine as well. I usually listen to that reviewer but I wanted to make my own opinion on this one and for 46.99 it's a no brainer. The pics of the metal ones look a bit too shiny for my tastes anyway.

Just got my Groove today. Its literally the size of a pack of smokes. WAY bigger than I had hoped for. Cant carry it in my shirt pocket loaded up with a tank like my vv gripper anymore. I wont use it, threw it in a drawer for emergencies. Also seems to take a few seconds to really start cooking the juice. I dont like it.

Didn't you watch reviews to figure the size?

And what do you mean by cooking the juice?

I've handled and vaped both the MPV and the Groove.

If I were looking at these two, I would get the MPV hands down. It is slightly smaller, easier to carry, more comfortable to hold in your hand, and it feels much more solid. The build quality on the MPV is MUCH better, and I think it looks more sophisticated.

The only thing I don't like about the MPV is that it has the button on the wide part of the case. I would prefer a box mod to have the "fire" button on the narrow side, or on top. I find those front-mounted buttons to be very un-ergonomic, and awkward to operate...

I picked up a spare $46.99 Groove from them that arrived today - the price was right and my original Groove is still doing great. I don't get the build quality comments though. The body is a polymer, but it is a tough one. Also the vaping performance and battery life is fantastic.

Ooops, i just needed to set the wattage up a little. It cooks really well now! I just wish it was not so damn big.

Oh, cooking the juice means making vapor.
Thank you for the tip!

Peter

It doesn't look that big to me from the reviews. Are you used to ego styles?

MVP seems better in general. Sigelei recently came out with their T-max which is basically a Zmax in a box. It takes one 18650 and one 18350. I think there's a single battery model as well. You can use an XtarWP2 charger loaded up with those batteries for your mobile USB charging needs.
It is the most expensive out of the 3 but it does boast a high capacity, at least over a day with the right batteries.

*edit* wrong specifications
Sigelei TMax
