I just make sure the tank is empty, and put the new juice in. After a few puffs, the new flavor will come through. If the flavors are drastically different, I'll dry burn the coil before putting the new juice in. This also gives the opportunity to check out the coil, and make sure it's working properly.

Since I stopped oxidizing I try not to dry burn either. If you're using a dripper you can run it under hot water for a second. If I'm out and about I just vape it all up then change flavors. I don't get much of the last flavor and after 4-5 puffs it's usually gone. (unless it's a flavor that really lingers like watermelon or lime)
