Hi! Welcome.

A very good newbie Vendor is Cignot.com Vicki only carries quality stuff and is a registered joyetech dealer. And you will get some of the best customer service there is. ECF supplier too. That woman answers e-mail questions within hours, seven days a week. It's where I started and I cannot reccommend Cignot highly enough.

There's really a number of very good vendors out there. I suggest you review the Forum Suppliers here on ECF:

Forum Suppliers List

You can also read both good and negative reviews of Vendors. Here's the good reviews:

Reviews of Suppliers - Positive

When you decide what gear you are interested in, or want to know what gear to start with, for example, just post the question in the New Member Forum. Best to you!

Bit more, but you have the option on batts, mAh, EVOD's over the nasty CE5's (imho), or MT3's, etc. I wish to God that I had never started the CE route. Almost quit vaping because of them, just a personal preference I suppose. The vivi's were better, but it's hard to beat the Protank with an AFC. Best clearo combo in the market, imho.

Don't know 1 person who ever had a prob with simple ego's and CE4 or CE5's and all are real happy with em...its kinda like a car...U can go buy a lil small F150 PU Truck or a big diesel F350 PU Truck for 3x the cost...but in the end , they both get ya where ya want to be and comfortably....just 1 cost a helluva lot more than the cheaper F150..and I know many who have had probs with the vivi nova and pro tanks...U can have a bad experience with any electronic device, even a F350 that cost ya triple other trucks..and I like the idea of my money staying in my pocket rather than some vendors pockets and still driving my F150 comfortably and hassle free..

I think you'll find that the CE# is not the most liked clearo on this Forum. I have many friends, though, that swear by the Vivi Nova (top coils) and the iClear's (top coils). These devices are a step or two up from the CE clearos, which you can now buy for about $1.00 a piece in packs at FT. But, you're absolutely correct. You'll never spend less on an atomizer than on the CE's. By far, the most popular clearos on this Forum appear to be the EVOD and the Protank, both nice Kanger products, and both bottom coils. I'm not disrespecting your choice, btw, I'm just giving my two cents, and, what appears to be a general consensus on the Forum about this subject. To each their own, and if they work for you, God bless you brother. We like what we like. I get it. Happy vaping and Best to you!

I recently just bought and remodeled a new bar, a few months back..a now new sports bar with some food appetizers, wifi and bands on 2 nites, a few bike poker runs, and some 10k road races....and smoking tobacco is not allowed by the state in any bar or restaurant here...so I also been selling ecigs and ecig products out of the bar so patrons don't have to go outside in the heat of summers or in the cold in the winters to fire up their addictions....all the patrons (I have over 200-300 a day) love the simple ego's and CE's,...and they are affordable....for $25 I can hook up a customer with USA made ego's 1100, battery, and CE's and juice... to me thats a real starter kit with all U need, and made in USA , and no wait...later if people decide they like Ecigs they can buy bigger or diff if they want..from me or anyplace else...least I gave em a break and introduction without picking their pockets and selling em stuff they may never use later...

That's great and no wonder. The fact that you sell these devices makes a difference, friend. My post is just from personal experience and what I've heard on this forum hundreds of times. Got it now. Thank you for disclosing that. Makes sense now. Best to you!

I am trying to find the best brands to build an ecig, knock-offs is what scares me when it comes to spending money, I do not mind spending money on a good product. So mainly, where is the best place to purchase all the parts I need to start vaping or better yet a full kit with all well made items..?

Read Bill's post below this ----v

Please keep in mind also, that the majority of ecig hardware IS made in China... they invented the things. Those vendors listed above wouldn't be listed on ECF if they weren't decent.

What is it about "knock offs" that scares you? Please elaborate. Perhaps the fine folks here on ECF can quell your concerns.

What are you looking for in a starter kit? Are you looking for a "Cig-a-like" (IE: a ecig that looks like a real cigarette), or something that has more battery life and delivery devices that have better storage capacity? Kind of hard to give opinions/advice/recommendations w/out knowing a little more about what you are looking for.

CE's are crap. Always been crap. If all we had to chose from were those things, I would never have quit smoking.

Where can I get those Ameican made Ego's ? Curious.

Yes... please do share with us, I might actually support an American company if they made/sold quality batteries of that style. And for that price. Makes me think of a company that rhymes with "Past Deck".....

Hmmm.....
