I want to start making my own juice some time after Christmas, and I want a good setup for around $75.00

I'll be making most of my juice in a 70VG/30PG ratio, and I need everything except bottles, syringes, gloves.

I want a good mix of cost effectiveness and quality. Some flavors I like are good peanut butter, or red licorice, I like some good tobacco flavors as well.

I just want a solid starter kit of flavors, PG, VG, and nicotine to get me rolling and I want to hear what everyone thinks about the different vendors/suppliers.

Thats a hard one to answer. If you ask 100 people you will get 100 different answers. Taste is very personal and different for everyone. What I like you may hate. Starting off with a good flavor manufacture is key in mixing. I can recommend looking into Capalla for fruites and deserts, Hangsen for tobaccos and inawera for everything in between. If your new to DYI stay away from TFA for now until you get a handle on what your doing. TFA are good but difficult to get right and take a lot of trial and error. As far as NIC and PG/VG Vapertek seems to be the most popular followed by RTS (My favorite) and bullcity for flavoring. Do some research starting with.

My blogs will give insight into all aspects of DYI, from steeping to what supplies to have on hand to a basic walk through mixing your first E-juice.

Then read hoosier's blogs. These blogs concentrate on fine tuning your mix and give insight on additives.

Then read Boletus's blog's. These blogs concentrate on formulation of nicotine baces regarding proper calculations methods for figuring Nicotine concentration as well as safety.

Then read Ginger's book "E-Cigarettes 102: DIY E-Liquid". It is a book which I've contributed to that delivers an in depth easy to follow guide in the art of DYI.

I recommend viewing VPLive Vape Team Episode #82: DIY Safety and bookmark it for future reference. It explains safety in all aspects of DYI.

then read the stickies at the top of the page.

this will explain a lot of the how's and why's.
