Starting day 14 no analog

Starting my 14th day with no analog and I smoked for at least 31 of the last 33 years. I was down to about a half a pack a day but never a full pack so I am figuring I averaged about 14 analogs per day. Well as stated before in a different post I received a spinner 2 with a nautilus mini on Christmas Eve from my wife. What a change it has made. Mind you, I spent the last 5 days in Las Vegas which there were a few times I could hear the analogs crying out to me. I tell you I never noticed how many people smoke in a casino. I could smell the analogs before I could see who was smoking. Sometimes I enjoyed the smell and other times I had to move. When the urge would come I would take out my vape pen and get a great tasting vape of peanut butter chocolate cup!!!. I have since quit vaping RY4 and Desert because I started to not enjoy the taste. I picked up some samples from Vape Wild and really enjoyed the flavors rather than the analog type flavors.

I went to Vegas to go see my son play in the World Series of Beer Pong and believe me there were plenty of smokers around. I even saw quite a few vaping as well. The toughest part was playing poker and getting up to go to the restroom. By habit this was the time I would generally pull out an analog. It is funny how the mind plays tricks on you but I took out my pen and vaped as an analog replacement.

I may have come back with a little less $$$ but I still came back a winner. No anaolog in 2 weeks!

Great job. I'm on my 7th week analog free. I had smoked a cigarette after 2 weeks of vapping and omg, I felt like crap and hated the smell . I'm never going back. Keep it up!

That is so great! Are you feeling any health benefits yet? I can breathe better already and it has only been 5 days for me. Like you mentioned, once in a while I get a flash in my mind that indicates "Time to smoke a cigarette!!!" It only lasts for a split second. Psychological triggers are weird.

I know what you mean. Just the thought of smoking an analog makes me feel ill. I like that my skin, clothes and hair smell pretty too!

Evolver - Yes I feel like I am able to take deeper breaths. Funny how you tie every day activities to smoking! I head back to work tomorrow and I started thinking about the 1 to 2 analogs I smoked in the morning before work. I received a new company car so I am glad now I can vape in the car on my way to work if the darn "analog Urge" gets to me. Although the urges come it has been a pretty easy road so far!
