I have a couple of electronics with especially annoying (bright, blinking) LED's. What works great is black electricians tape.

The vapor dissipates after about 20 seconds, so I tend to use the "hold your breath and count to 20" approach. You know, there was a video on YouTube about a guy who stuck the cap of a 901 (orange) on the end of his e-cig to make the light more visible. It might come in handy to keep a black cap to slide over the end for ninja mode. Wonder if it will fit on my 510?
Okay, I just ran and found one and it works like a charm. There only a tiny blue pin hole at the end. A little hot glue or what ever you want over the hole and your good to go. No more holding having to hide the light.
