Unfortunately with the state of youtube, and sites as such, these reviewers probably get dragged in the dirt just as much as they are getting praised. So for every 100 "thank you" emails, there are probably about 100 "you're an idiot"emails to also go thru as well. And to be honest, to deal with that negative side on a day to day basis, would drive anyone nuts. and I'm sure as popular as she seems, she probably got alot more email.

Are your boxes and ohms that important to you? More important that the amount of hate comments that they lady is getting both here and on her own video? She is literally being bullied by the same people that you thanked for their support. She is clearly an intelligent person who is being reduced to delete comments and defend herself. Not many people are able to cope with bullying and the more she is being prolonged to it, the more uncertainty on how it will all end.

Yes, they are. The fact that I do my best to provide some decent and clear information to the community is very important to me. When that information is challenged I will respond to it or apologize for it if I'm wrong.
Again, it was not my intention start a "war", so I do invite my subscribers and anyone else to put an end to the hurtful comments.

I looked at the comments on PBusardo's channel earlier today. Looks like you have fanboys from two video reviewers beating the daylights out of each other and the two reviewers.
These comment wars on You Tube get pretty childish. Lots of folks with too much time on their hands and no concept of civility.

Everything has resistance unless it's a superconductor. So basically what this video seems to show is that each box added is made of superconducting materials.
I find that hard to believe.

By the way, this did not start with Phil. That was the last straw. Jan recieved threats of violence in PM's. What we see in comments are nothing compared to the private messaged she recieved.

I'm definitely not an electrical engineer, but my guess is that, since we're talking about a voltmeter, the meter itself is connected in parallel to the atomizer, in spite of the "looks" that suggest it's in series. Voltmeters have very high resistance, not low, they are not superconductors. To measure the voltage, you have to check the difference in potential across a portion of a circuit. If the meter is in series it really only checks the voltage drop across itself - that doesn't make sense. Anyway, if the meter is indeed linked in parallel with the "load", then Ohm's Law dictates that it decreases the total resistance of the circuit connected to the battery a wee bit. The higher the resistance of the meter, the lower the amount by which it decreases the total resistance.
Now, I haven't seen SteelJan's video, and I know she is an engineer so I'm guessing she probably had a point. This is just my limited understanding on how voltmeters work, really.

I am just appalled that this would happen over VAPING for heaven's sake. Steeljan was one of the first reviewers I watched when I was looking into vaping. Her videos and advice were spot on for me, though I never watched the more technical ones since I am not into modding or DIYing (yet). But it's not like she was talking about the best ways to skin live kittens or anything. She was talking about vaping. Some people need to take a step back and get some perspective. Death treats over vaping? Really?

PBusardo made the brief video three days ago. He mentioned that another reviewer claimed that in-line volt/ohm meters like the type he uses in his reviews add resistance to measurements and are not accurate. Without naming names he showed in the video that his voltmeters were accurate. Over the weekend both SteelJan and PBusardo fanboys used the comment section for this video to wage a comments war.

I'm sorry to see her go, as well. She was my first-ever vaping guru, and I adored her videos entirely! Shame on whomever harassed her so much that she felt she had to quit. Those people are just mindless ......, thinking they're all big and bad, while hiding behind a computer screen.
