then they should not be making it if they cant control the process.
3 to 6 month in back orders is good from the companies point of view.
i don't really think its laying around that long.

1-6 months "back orders" aren't back orders if the only reason your waiting around is to age the liquid, that's a storage and bookkeeping expense.
You've shown you have no idea about making liquids so what you think really doesn't have anything to do with reality.
I put some Caramel Apple in a dripper last night. A failed recipe and I'd given up on anything having to do with TFA apple flavors, I just wanted to empty the bottle. It tastes pretty good after 6 months.
When I was buying liquids I didn't want anything that required steeping. That means the place that was making the liquid was making it far enough in advance that the flavors had stabilized. Other people want the fresh mix that they have to steep.
But what people want doesn't change the reality that there are changes that happen as liquid ages.
