Real Life sure does keep you on your toes doesn't it? MY UC is on the last of one of its last legs. Looks like I'll be able to pick up a UC like Danny's pretty soon. Can't wait to graduate from an 8 minute cycle to 30! I' starting to get a little more ambitious with my one note out-of-the-bottle flavors. The 555 flavor I get from e-cig express is good but ... it doesn't have that hint of nuttiness (Popcorn? Fritos?) that the retail stuff I've tried has. Anybody here have a 555 recipe that works for them?

In Other News ...

I just finished another e-cig vid review last night. If I had a poster for it the banner would read "Over 4 1/2 years in the making!" It actually just took a couple of days but it took years to finally finalize what gear gets used every day and what stuff is going into The E-cig Museum Drawer.

Hope y'all like it:

Good to hear from you!! Again, I love the video review you made.

I am in love with the lRider mini-lambo you turned me on to. I wound up buying 5 via ebay, and sold 2 to friends. I am fixed - 2 for daily use and a brand new one waiting on the shelf!

With the one exception on ebay (I bought all of his), I have not seen these advertised. Like you say...It is such a great product.

I'd probably buy another or 2 if I could find them...

Hey Rowdy - Yeah those Mini Lambos are great aren't they? I have no idea why any U.S. vendor hasn't jumped on these things. I don't get it. Having never used a Provari I don't understand how its variable voltage is any different from the Mini Lambo's VV. And ... the Mini Lambo fits in my shirt pocket without making me counterbalance from the weight. And kicking up the mAh of the 14500 battery turns it into An All Day Device.

It's Columbus Day in the U.S. but up here in Canada it's Thanksgiving. Turkey! And then we do it all over again in November because my internal Turkey clock goes off after a lifetime of holiday conditioning.

Gotta start making the stuffing. Bacon, sausages, and oysters inside a turkey make me happy.

Hey Mowgli - Thanks for the "like." The moment I figure out "Social media" to get more eyeballs to my videos is the day I'll be much smarter than I am today. The next video will be all about my adventures in UC steeping.

Bob,

Thank you for another great video, I enjoy them all! I have been a clearo vaper for a long time,I use the Kanger T3S's, cheap and they work great. I did buy a small dripper and a fogger but quickly went back to clearo's, they just work. I recoil them and I have drilled all the air holes and center pins in the coils to give me better air flow but for me, you just can't beat a clearo and a good battery. I currently have a few Vision Spinner II's that I rotate through, I have two set up with different flavors that are my all day vapes while the third battery is on the charger. I bought a Vamo V5 clone and can use that with my clearo's if I happen to forget to charge a battery and in a pinch but it's too big to take along when I leave the house. I also take two battery/clearo setups when I head out, I use to take just one but while on a trip one day and two hours away from home the battery ran out. I ended up stopping and buying a pack of cigs to get me home, I'll never let that happen again. I also now keep a spare battery (an older ego twist), car charger, an extra empty clearo and small bottle of ejuice in my glove box, just in case.

I like that mini lambo, I think I'll look into one of these when my Spinner's start to die out. I really do like my Vamo, but as I said it's just too big to carry around and that lambo looks to be the best of all worlds.

Thanks again for the video, keep up the great work sir!

Eumax Digital Heated Ultrasonic Cleaner 1 2 Gal 1 8L New | eBay

So bobalex, have this eumax cleaner I plan to use (I'm just starting in diy).

I was wondering what you & other ultrasonic cleaner steepers use for your eliquid bottles here, plastic or glass?

Do you allow the bottle caps to get submerged in the water or do you keep bottles upright with caps above water level in your
cleaners?

Wow ... You went straight to the top with that UC.

plastic or glass?

Glass all the way. Plastic dampens the voodoo rays. My bottles hold about 100ml and I make 70ml. In my (soon to-be-dead) UC when the water is at the max level it's covering about 2/3 of the bottle. And the bottles are tightly capped. No submersion because I never want the hint of a possibility that water from the tank might leak into the juice.

Ditto to what our talented video geek aka @Bobalex said. :)

Sometimes my glass bottles are different sizes so I use rubber bands to hold them together so the level of the water in the tank is the same for each bottle. I don't want the "shortys" submerged.

From what others have reported some flavors will steep at two hours but four seems to be where most are at, I don't think you can really over steep. You may want to test them after two hours and see how they are, just throw them back in if they need more. Make sure they are sealed tightly, a while back another member spent a couple hundred dollars on juice and ruined them because he didn't have the bottles sealed when he steeped them, can't remember if he used a UC or crock pot but with either you want the bottles sealed tight.

I recall one member leaving the tops off the individual bottles, but putting the cover on the steeping device (UC or CP). This allowed the steeping water to condense on the unit's top and drip into his open juice bottles...

Not a happy camper...

You can oversteep! Some flavors will fade badly over time and therefore during heat steeping. Limes, for instance, and some spices will all but disappear if you steep too long, the same as they will if you leave them sitting around too long.

I totally agree. There seems to be a "ripe" period for some juices, where the flavor isn't as good after.

Hi boba - try adding some drops of Acetyl Pyrazine to your 555 mix. It adds the "nuttiness" to the tobaccos. I get mine from Wizard Labs (5% PG ratio.

Try it, you'll probably like it. Good luck.
