I'd also recommend St Johns Wort which is also a SSRI and in fact is used to help people get off the hard core drugs you get from doctors, and has been shown to be pretty effective at modest dosages like those recommended on the bottle.

I do need to let you know that this is my own idea and I haven't read about anyone else trying this, but it's a harmless and even beneficial addition to your smoking cessation regimen.

Respectfully......

Based on your persona, that comes across as educated and knowledgeable, as well as my own preferred use of naturals following self research of benefits v. pharmaceutical use along with the chance of interactions over/with other supplements and medications (and general health), I do not find it responsible to "recommend" ANYTHING to others that does have medicinal effects while not knowing them personally, their background, other usages, or even general health, over the internet.

Perhaps a recommendation "to look into" the possibility of intake while stating your belief is a personal one instead would be wiser to avoid someone blindly (and yes the human race are full of the type), going out uneducated and purchasing them based on an online statement of treatment for something without regard to possible side effects.

St. Johns Wart (like many other natural supplements) is hardly harmless, albeit a wonderful natural for many. Just doing a basic Goggle search shows their are considerations to take into account with use dependant on personal health and while taking other medicinal herbs/naturals or prescribed drugs.

I personally gave up on following discussion on the herbal/naturals use in vaping, too inconclusive regarding absorption rates, and also "personally" felt it relied too much on here-say leading "me" to believe that the chance of placebo effect was too high in play with this means of intake. So, "I" decided to stick to oral ingesting rather than gamble on both a possible waste of money, as well as the chance of something that works (for me) orally not working with vaping it.

Ok, I hope that made sense..... and I'll read it again in the morning when I'm actually "awake", but I just wanted to ensure someone who reads this understands they should at a minimum research on their own about any possible use of supplements/herbs/naturals to make an informed and educated decision, or failing the desire to do so to seek professional guidance in their use.

Just because they don't come with a prescription certainly doesn't mean they are not "medicinal" with risks and possible side effects, rather.... they are ancient medicine ways that are not synthesized for the purpose of patents, taxes, and control.
