Yeah bro what you really need to consider is what level of nicotine your e-cig is at and what kind you have as well (e.g. one that is more similar to a cigarette will help you switch over better). I switched over to Blu Cigs (which if I could do it over again I would have chosen a different company, but it was a great introduction to the vaping world, just not practical for long time, heavy use) and right off the bat quit smoking, like 1 2 3. It was easy for me because the Blu Cigs are just like a cigarette in size, shape, and even inhale. All I did was smoke it in place of a cig, completely replacing them. If you have the urge to go outside and smoke a stoge, then go outside and toke your e-cig. The nicotine in the e-cig will take away your craving for the stoges if you have enough nicotine in it and the desire to go out, bring it to your lips, inhale, and go through the motions of smoking a stoge are all satisfied since it is in every way similar to the cigarette. With the Blu Cigs I even would carry around a pack with me as if they were regular stoges. I suggest you try that man, I cant say for sure because everyone is different, but I have very little doubt in my mind that if you replace stoges with e-cigs that have enough nicotine and are as similar to a cig as possible, you'll be able to quit no problem. Hope that helps and best of luck to you man!

Gum and tic tacs(suggestion from a different coworker-not of the ones I was with tonight) are both great and with the ecig and the two of those, I'm usually good. Hopefully tomorrow, with being off, placing the pack in an unusual spot, and having my Jet PV, I won't smoke the analogs, at least not so much. Boredom mixed with a pack is never a good thing.

I had the same problem. I tried buying ejuice with higher nicotine content, but It didn't help. Craving is still there. One of my officemates told me to try atomizers that'll produce more vapor, and use tobacco-flavored juices. So I tried one of them rebuildable atomizers, I watched youtube tutorials on how to build an atomizer that can produce thick vapor. It took me to a series of really frustrating, epic fail rebuilds. Until I finally rebuilt a successful one, I vaped with it using a low-nic Virgina Tobacco flavored juice. The amount of vapor it produced, and the taste of tobacco that came along with it totally took the craving away. :)
