I'm 22, back when I was a senior my friend got me into it, so I started doing it because it looked cool.

I groaned when I read that! I’m not gonna talk to you like a Guidance Counsellor, since you’re obviously not an idiot. I’m pretty certain that it looks cool, but there are risks you have to be aware of. You know what, you might like vaping as a hobby. As long as you’re over 21 for real, read here and watch some videos. Most vapers are ex-smokers, but you’ve got yourself a nic habit, so now you’re gonna have to taper off—or vape in a non harmful way.
Believe me, I’m not trying to limit your enjoyment. It’s just do it with a bit of responsibility, so you don’t poison yourself, please. :)

Yeah, afaik even with 25mg, you’ll be taking in a pretty big amount of nic. I’ve never done salts or FB in that high mgs, since the thought of it makes me nauseous!
As a thought, are your friends vaping like 50 mgs? You should be concerned for you, not go with the flow of what other ppl do. Easy to say, I know.
I realize that you may’ve gotten advice that seems harsh, but ppl here smoked A LOT and are also concerned about the gov interfering with vaping. I’m not gonna tell you not to vape, since in any event you’ve got a nic habit. But you gotta be careful of how much you take in.
If you have the symptoms of being nic sick, that’s what it is. You’re what, out of HS for a few years? Don’t mess yourself up at this age. I realize it seems you can do anything you want at your age (and I really tried my best to! lol), but you may regret it later on.
Just to get a nicotine buzz, it’s not worth it. It’s like certain nameless substances, you can play for a while (even years like you have), but if you pick up a habit, it becomes about feeding that for relief, not so much for pleasure.

Hang out here and read and learn. Most of us had a long time romance with smokes that eventually went through a breakup, and turned to vaping which saved our lives. Hence, the not so happy attitude to your post. But stick with it here, you might like it. :)
You’ll find a sweet spot for nic, eventually. Try lower dosages like 12-24 to start with. You can mix juice in your tank for flavor and nic level.

Can I just say if folks here didn’t give a hoot, they would’ve told you that there’s nothing to worry about, keep doing what you’re doing! Hang in there, bro. :)
You’re right. But, I think you reach a tolerance point like he has apparently, and you can chase that buzz all you want, but your brain and body are used to it already. IDK if even larger doses will do it, either. He’s gonna have to get used to feeling okay on smaller doses, which may suck for him (but he won’t die of nic OD.)
The thought of that much nic is pretty startling, to not curse. lol

I agree, lol. Like Nancy said I'll start at 12, go to 24 and find where my sweet spot is.

I could taper off and start using 0mg juices.

Good Idea, though my brain is attached to the buzz, it's pretty light. got some strawberry 25mg. Im still vaping 50mg, been feeling pretty nic sick, but I'm taking lighter hits. The best thing to do is see a doctor. Even with 25mg I was still feeling kinda sick. Maybe it's just the dose?

It is the dose unless you’re sick from something else. Don’t tell the Doc you’re vaping, see what he says. So yes, start trying to stick to 25. Eventually, you can get a bunch of different strength juice to try and maybe even cut the mgs on what you’ve got. I don’t want to come off like I want to control you or overwhelm you with helpful bs. Just don’t want you to die at 22, or mess up your life!
Nicotine is a drug, that’s why the buzz. It’s also a poison. If you like old movies, watch “Before Morning”. A guy is murdered with probably less nicotine than you’re taking in. It’s a 30’s flick. Hang in there!

Yep, but try tapering down to a comfortable level first. Don’t try cold turkey, it’s a recipe for failure, imo. If you find a level that feels okay, you’re good. Try 18-24 and see how you do. Have you vaped with a tank and mod ever?

If you sub ohm, you’ll feel the nic more at a lower level. But sub ohming high nic is really dangerous. So be careful. If you have a decent rig, try it with 12-18. See how it feels. Basically, you’re not meant to sub ohm over 6mg. So be cool, man.

It's a decent mod, I'll definitely try it.

Nicotine is like many other substances. Your brain adapts to it, and the only way to get the "Buzz" you seem to seek safely is by taking tolerance breaks (they don't have to be 0 nic, but they do have to be substantially lower enough that your brain down regulates some of your nicotinic receptors.

If you would like to buzz, I would suggest 2 weeks of lower nic, followed by a week of higher nic.

I don't know what that will do for your BODY necessarily but if you want a buzz, that is how you can achieve it, rather than like vaping 100 mg/ml in some crazy, cloudy setups.

You may well be buzzed doing that (and actually stomach pain, nausea an hiccups and gas can be symptoms of NICOTINE provisioning so it may well BE how you were vaping was causing your stomach issues. You eventfully end up vomiting. No one wants that.)

Good luck with ah, everything.

Don’t tell the Doc you’re vaping, see what he says.
Unless he wants to be run through many unnecessary expensive tests, I would tell the doctor what I was doing.
Or just cut back on the nic, if that helps, great, if not then go see the doctor.

Agree. Doctors don't always need to know everything from the start. Just because the graduated med school doesn't mean they have an open mind.

Also, about sub ohm high nic content, I switched from a pod with 35mg to a RDA and mid at 6mg, and quickly dropped to 3mg as it felt as though I were having a heart attack. Constantly. So, yeah, gonna cut the dose in thirds going forward. I keep the older, higher content juice around for first thing in the morning, but find my body quickly adapts. To a new dose.

Why go to the doctor at all, if you just want them to play a guessing game?
Because they have the testing equipment. I went to doctors for 5 years with horrible cystic acne, and because of their shortsighted narrow mindedness, I was misdiagnosed as anxiety driven picking.

And that's not the worst, as I was misdiagnosed with what I now know to be ehlers-danlos syndrome , but they thought that that was psycological. That took 35 years to get right.

    Doctors are like electricity.
They take the path of least resistance.
