The gun thing is absolutely FALSE according to snopes, just people spreading FUD and driving up the price of ammo. The linked article is FUD as well and while I can't find anything about it on snopes ATM, I have read several articles on several different tech websites on the discussions. It's not nearly as bad as "they want to take over the internets". Although both articles have the tiniest basis in fact, so did the FDA report on e-cigs and we all know the truth on that one
