I just threw a simple dual coil in mine.. It's an awesome vape @ 0.7 ohms... :vapor:

I'm still really liking this little dripper. Well made, easy to build, and versatile.. :)

You ran your legs on the outside of the posts rather than the inside. I've always built it with the legs on the inside.
Don’t you want to wrap the wire such that tightening the screw draws the wire in? Which would mean around the outside of the screw.

I've been using the storm-a for a few day now and it has quickly became my new favorite dripper. No need to drill IMO and really like the wells. For the price it absolutely can't be beat.

I have a dual vertical micro coil with cotton setup in it now and I am getting what I can only describe as very "wet" flavor, it's extremely flavorful. I am thinking this has something to do with how my wick is setup since it didn't have as much my last build. I used only a single piece of cotton to wick both coils with the cotton going up and over the center post to connect the two coils. I am loving this setup and having the wick over the center post allows me to drop right through the top cap or drip tip with no problem. I took the cap off after redripping and the juice was dispersed very evenly between the two sides and wells.

that great to hear. i like the sound of that build. where did you purchase yours?

Maybe that would make it easier to make sure the Wire stayed trapped under the screw for sure.

I went with the logic of keeping the legs as short as possible hence the inside. I don't know if one way is better than another. I kind of think that if it works then it's right.

i do the same with regard to leg length.
but one thing ive noticed and am grateful for, is that micro coils can have long legs which dont get hot, if your rda layout needs such a thing. gotta love the micros.

Wrapping to the inside (closer to the negative) on the positive pole would draw the wire in - nut screws clockwise.

Agreed.
I run legs long if needed (like center post building tripole drippers etc.).
I only build "mirco"/tight coils and never have hotlegs/hotspots.

welp, things are not looking good for me and the storm-a.

i might have to revert back and get the origin dripper now.

venerable sent out an email with all their new drippers and the storm was not included. i emailed them late yesterday to ask about the storm but i havent heard back yet. its totally removed from the site as far as i can tell. i wouldnt be concerned if it was still there and sold out, but its just not there..

i do want try one of the other clone drippers venerable has (stillaire, quasar, enigma, double cross, brass monkee, or atomic), but damn if im not enamored with the juice well design.

gotta have juice well. the search continues! ...unless you guys think one of those other clones would be amazing??

It's still up, I'm looking at the page for the storm right now.
