Story time fun!!!

The courtyard was filled with the sounds of whimsical music as Smilinia's most exotic animals were paraded about and young wizard displayed their feats of magic when Davi the Vapor Prince entered the courtyard. His father King Diamond was speaking about the Vapor for Life when young Wader's attention shifted to the courtyard entrance as Davi the Vapor Prince entered, Wader was frozen in place, for at his side was his daughter, the most beautiful creature young Wader had ever seen.

 

[Glam]

Something in his loins tightenend and desire (whoops, xx rated version not appropriate for here).

Wader gazed upon her lovingly and thought that someday he would marry this wonderful girl. But first he would have to prove himself worthy of such a lovely creature. So that was the day he began his quest to someday marry the only woman he would ever love.

The Prince's only fear was if this beautiful woman actually felt the same.... All he could picture in his mind was her rejecting him no matter what he did, that he would never stand out even though he too was royalty...

Chapter 5

After gathering his thoughts Prince Wader returns to his men to discuss the challenges that will face them as they cross the Wowbacco Desert. All the while unbeknownst to him curious and malicious eyes are watching his every move from the distant mountain top. In the meantime Rye has returned to her master Lady Marigrape informing her of the Prince's quest, the evil deeds committed against King Diamond, the theft of the Stone Tablet, and the kidnapping of Razzia daughter of Davi the Vapor Prince by Burncarto and his minions.

 

[Glam]

Evil Lady Sourgrape and her loathesome lover, Lord Leeford are watching and plotting. As Prince Wader and his band of men start the trek accross the Wowbacco Desert, Sourgrape turns to Leeford and says, "We must stop them--I will use my witch's power to cast a spell and ............................

 

[EleanorR]

. . . By the way, WHERE is that horrid CAT? Leeford, I TOLD you to keep a close eye on her, as she likes to foil ALL my plans!"

 

[EleanorR]

Lord Leeford sheepishly mumbled in reply, "Um, I think I might have left the back door unlocked -- didn't think a cat would know how to turn a door nob. . . "

Lady Sourgrape glared and glared at her long-time lover, fuming over his increasing uselessness of late.

 

[Morandir835]

It was at this moment that the elegaunt took notice of the party marching through his desert, a beast in a shape of a bear but much larger, with hair like thorns, and fire shining in his eyes... This was the best born from the slaughter of the innocent, a beast no man can slay...

 

[Glam]

Now it just so happened that the elegaunt beast was named Carto. His bear shaped head had a 555 tatooed across his forehead--a mark put there by the witch Lady Sourgrape when she became his mentor. And as she watched Prince Wader and his men making their way across the Wowbacco desert, she had an idea. "Leeford, we can send Carto, the beast to kill them all. Since he cannot be slayed by man, he will slash them all and leave their rotting corpses lying in the desert."

But she wasn't aware that the cat was listening to her--and though a man cannot slay an elegaunt,.......a cat can.

 

[Glam]

Bumping this in hopes we will get some of the story tellers re-interested, and maybe some new ones also.

The cat had heard enough and decided this elegaunt had to go just to p-off Sourgrape. After making sure her claws were as sharp as possible, she slithered through the shadows and headed for the desert.

But Rye was not fast enough, the elegaunt was upon it's prey before she could reach the desert. "Prince, go on ahead, Clover take the sword of Nuport, it's time to repay for or sins" Said Draugmor, he met the elegaunt head on, only not as a man, but a wolf of terrifying form....

The Draugmor-wolf lunged at the elegaunt's throat, snarling as he chewed through bloody sinew. Reeling from the attack, the elegaunt screeched in defiance, "Let go, you fiendish fool, 'tis only a flesh wound!"

The battle would last only a short time, but to those watching it, it seemed an eternity. Finally the elegaunt lay dead, but so was Draugmor, he had paid for his people's crimes giving his life to save the prince...

Clover had sent the Prince ahead, but doubled-back and witnessed the carnage from a distance. As the dust cleared she knew Draugmor had made the ultimate warrior sacrifice kneeling her eyes teared, not with grief but with pride for Draugmor's had died in befitting glorious valor.

Rye arrived to find Clover away from the prince. "Draugmor's part is done, you must not leave the prince's side again, there are still many evils before you.... I will take care of what's behind" said Rye

 

[Glam]

So Clover buried the valiant Draugmor in the desert and went on to join the prince, determined to stay at his side for the rest of the journey. Rye turned back toward the mountains with the intention of giving Lord Leeford a run for his money in making Lady Sourgrape's life as miserable as possible.

As the party marched towards the Taryn mountains a new group of soldiers clad in armour of a dark purple approached... It was lead by a man taller than any they had seen before, and at his side he carried the dagger of Provario, for Rye had returned to Marigrape, and in exchange she sent her son Lord Stealthan and his faithful troops to help turn the tide of battle back in their favor....

P.s.- know it's a zombie thread, but the story was never finished.

dude.... Ive never even read this! I had no idea I was a running character! I gotta read this whole freakin thing now...oh dear.....

Lord Stealthan gathered his troops and spoke to the gathering "My friends & fellow warriors, there are only 808 of us, but you've all shown such valor that it's only an matter of time before we retrieve the Vapor for Life from the miscreant Burncarto!!!". And Lord Stealthan & his valiant band marched forth.
