Weird topic but makes sense. Here I'm reading "It's just water vapor, it's just water vapor". Stands to reason that I'm actually putting more "water" into my body.
Urinary habits aside, I drink LOTS of beer on a daily basis so my body is kinda used to dehydration cycles. After taking up vaping, I noticed only one change. My throat is a lot drier - chalked that up to the chronic bronchitis clearing up - and that I actually enjoyed having some liquids (other than beer) during the day.
I'm with most here that tell you to let your body settle into it's new mode. The human body has an amazing way of fixing itself and letting you know about it. If you start ...... alot, it's getting rid of "junk". If you're thirsty, it's cuz you're ...... out all that "junk" and need to replace those fluids. If your hair falls out, it's because you're pulling your hair too hard trying to figure out why you're ...... too much........BUT, if you're worried.....go see a Doc....
