Strange tracking on international order.

I placed an order with Aspire (in China) two weeks ago this Friday. It got shipped out, made it state side, and went through ISC in New York as seen below:

This is my first international order, and I wanted to ask those familiar this: is ISC in New York customs? It's not New Jersey, right? My order has been in limbo tracking wise since Sunday afternoon and I guess I was wondering if this was due to it being held up in customs there.

Any light shed on the subject would be much appreciated, thanks.

I believe that ISC is where a package goes After it has Cleared Customs.

It is fine... My job is working logistics and shipping systems. The reason the status hasn't updated is because it's traveling ground via a snail mail truck which probably has several stops along the way to Florida. It was held in customs for a day and then entered the US mail entry point in Flushing. It was then off the sort facility in Jersey City... put on a truck driving as slow as possible to Florida with lots of stops in between Jersey City and you getting your vape mail. Should be popping up in the next day or so if the USPS didn't efficiently lose it.
