Yep, no problem.

You can get USP VG in many locations. (Many Walmarts carry Humco brand near the rubbing alcohol.)

Put 10ml of your 36mg juice into a clean bottle then add 5ml of VG to give you 15ml of 24mg juice. (Shake well to mix.) The flavor will be cut down quite a bit, but the nicotine strength will be right. (10ml of 36mg/ml = 360mg. 360mg / 15ml = 24mg/ml. The math behind it if you want to calculate it for yourself. )

You could use PG, but it tends to be a bit more expensive and not as easy to find.

If the vendor offers the same flavor juice in 0mg, then you could use the 0mg flavored juice instead of plain PG or VG to cut the nicotine without cutting the flavor so much. (Same math as above)

I want to emphasize an issue implicit in Hoosier's last paragraph. If you simply add unflavored VG (or PG), you will diminish the flavor along with the nicotine. Either use flavored VG* (i.e., the 0mg flavored juice Hoosier mentioned) or add in concentrated flavoring from places like One Stop DIY Shop, DIY Flavor Shack, or FreedomSmokeUSA.

* Tasty Vapor (their 2-ounce or 4-ounce "Doublers") is a good source for low cost 0mg flavored liquid (in various proportions of PG/VG). In smaller quantities, Cignot has a wide selection of 0mg flavored VG (as well as a very pure unflavored VG).
