good to hear you are doing better, what I did was like a lot have said but i didnt keep cigarettes around I changed my morning habit, would wait till I got to the car to drink my coffee then instead of going to the 7/11 for that pack of smokes I went straight to work chain vaping the whole way there a 36 mg tobacco flavor it would wire me out in the morning and when I got to the office I would cut back 5 mins every hour chain vaping 36 mg tobacco flavor, now I still chain vape every hour for 5 mins but I switched to a flavor I found I liked better then tobacco and if you need to smoke 1 but the ones that you dont smoke are the ones that count sooner or latter youll find you forget o smoke 1 and vape instead

I have given out at least 10 vaping kits to people who said they wanted to quit smoking. Some of them still vape sometimes but every one of them still smokes. I believe you will not switch to vaping completely unless you really hate smoking or hate dying and want to live longer to see your grandkids.

I have found that in general if people don't pay for something they don't value it as much. I've given a few kits that sit unused (and unreturned) on the other hand I've "sold" a couple of kits for under 20.00 and they got used. one uses when they can't smoke, one switched. just food for thought :)

Perhaps you should get some 36 mg nic for when you can only take those lightning fast breaks.

or maybe even try an njoy king or another disposable for those times. those njoy kings make me cough, of course the lowest nic is 18 in those...
