Subox mini not firing on kbox

Hello, I have a subtank mini that won't fire on my kbox but will fire on my istick and also my nautilus will fire on my kbox anybody any suggestion thanks in advance [emoji53]

Check your positive pin on the device where it meets the atty. If you see some dark stuff on it, scratch it off. Then try again. [emoji6]

Make sure the pin is connect or wipe off any black stain. and try again.
